We recently went on a romantic escape to a hotel in Cuba. We were amazed by the stunning beach, crystal clear water, and amazing sunrise. The complementary cocktails and massages were a pleasant surprise. The hotel was located near local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
The food quality was poor, it lacked flavor and was mostly repetitive. We also experienced a lack of communication with the hotel staff, who did not speak fluent English.

Yes was good
The don’t have enough hamburger and pizza, it is only available at certain times, if it is an all inclusive they should have the option to have fast food all the time and No limits

The location is convenient for exploring the city and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the area. the room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the city from the balcony.
The breakfast was disappointing with limited options and the coffee was not very good. the elevators were slow and sometimes not working at all which was frustrating.
